I have 9 years of experience in talent acquisition for both fast-paced startups and large corporations, in high-volume environments. My expertise includes designing, implementing, and monitoring talent acquisition strategies and operations, ranging from standard to executive roles with a special focus on IT and engineering. Additionally, I have experience in international recruiting markets, primarily in EMEA.
Apart from my core responsibilities, I have also actively engaged in various side projects such as creating an employer branding, developing a career web page, organizing conferences, creating a TA handbook, offering training and mentoring, and promoting diversity in the workplace.
