I am a talent acquisition manager seeking to advance my career in this field. My experience in recruitment stems from my previous role as a Human Resource Assistant. In the mentioned role, I honed my abilities in candidate pipeline development and recruitment, while being engaged as a primary ‘sourcing’ personnel.
