Recently, I led the company expansion in the EU(19 countries) within the first 6 weeks of taking over the product team. Own & managed onboarding, activation & engagement for product. Led Product Pricing; In the first month, a 24% increase in net revenue was achieved by adjusting product pricing to balance growth and revenue trade-offs.
