I have built both traditional and digital marketing structures from scratch to cater to complex business requirements, contributing to strategic planning. I am also responsible for managing corporate communications to enhance brand awareness and maintain a positive market reputation. Additionally, I handle budgeting, strategic planning, and coordination of cross-functional projects with internal departments, headquarters, subsidiaries, and external agencies.
