As a seasoned product manager with a strong background in computer science, engineering, and aviation, I have a deep passion for creating innovative multi-platform applications that offer substantial benefits to users and stakeholders. Drawing on my technical expertise, I communicate effectively with developers while keeping a sharp focus on providing exceptional value to customers.
I’m a firm believer in agile practices and particularly enjoy advocating for optimal UX practices, such as onboarding, updates delivery, and support. In my previous role as a product manager, I successfully led these app launches, resulting in thousands of commercial pilots worldwide relying on them today. By implementing a combination of agile and life cycle stage gate review techniques, I scaled agile methods on a global platform and brought the Apple-like experience to the aviation industry. In my daily work, I use a variety of tools such as Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, AppStore Connect, and MySQL. Prior to this, I served as a product owner developing customized software-as-a-service (SaaS) for use in aviation, which included crew scheduling for flights with FTL and FDP calculations, flight plan filing, weather reporting, route and fuel calculations, weight and balance, technical logs, and aviation chart syncing.
My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from UPC (Barcelona), a Master’s degree in Computer Science from BBK (London), and a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from UCI (Irvine). During my time at UCI, I was awarded the prestigious Balsells Fellowship for Engineers and received financial assistance from NASA for my MSC thesis.
With a proven track record of successful app launches, I am confident in my ability to bring a fresh perspective to application development, and deliver creative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
