I am a Director of Regional Sales, I have a well-rounded skill set in setting challenging goals and honed talents in monitoring
performance and forecasting trends, making me an ideal fit for a sales and operational leadership position. Furthermore, I am a
recognized expert leader and a communicative member of the team.

My previous roles have strengthened my abilities in critical thinking and collaboration, including a keen
attention to detail and accuracy helping me to lead my team achieving a culture of GOAL ZERO in safety and overdeliver year
over year my sales and profitability number.
I had the opportunity of leading Sales Teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa and I possess great proficiency in using
CRM tools (such as Microsoft Dynamics). In 2018, I led a project for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics for a division of a global company, which had an annual revenue of $1
billion. Since 2020, I also embraced the journey of being ambassador for DE&I, inside and outside my company to help
creating an inclusive and productive working environment.
